throw it when it screams
20 HP
Two linked holes: what falls through one comes out of the other and falls in again, faster every pass. A flanger, a comb and an echo in one loop, its ring climbing as it falls until it reaches terminal velocity and screams. FLING throws it out across the field, and the holes are clear.
Turn a knob: drag it or tap either side of it, roll the wheel over it or use the arrow keys; a double click puts it back. FLING is a button: press it and the loop is thrown. The patches step on by themselves until you touch anything.

Everything FLING does here is its engine as designed, running in your browser. The drums, the pad and the bass are a stand-in rack.
What goes into JUMP drops through one hole and comes out of the other a moment later. Close the loop and it falls in again, and again, and like anything falling it speeds up: every pass the gap closes and the ring climbs, until it reaches terminal velocity and holds.
FLING throws the loop: everything falling in it flies out with the speed it built, still ringing, sweeping down and out to one side, fading. The holes are clear at once, and what comes in next falls from rest.
